From the moment I arrived, the staff, especially the ever-helpful Ahmad bhai at reception, embodied warm hospitality and swift operational efficiency, making me feel welcomed and cared for throughout my visit. The room was not only clean and quiet but also equipped with an air conditioning system that provided a refreshing escape from the heat. the hotel's prime location-just a leisurely five-minute walk to the haram-combined with its excellent value for money, made my stay both convenient and enriching. With every amenity-from the 24-hour reception to the electric kettle in-room-designed to enhance comfort, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a blend of tradition and modern luxury in the heart of AlMadinah.
